This service offers access to a scanned copy of the flimsy of the recent attendance to ED. This phone line is covered by Admin Staff, and there is clinical support/advice available on this line.

The patient must have attended the ED Department within the last week, and a scanned copy of the flimsy has not yet been received by the GP Practice.
