Assessment Crisis Team (ACT) primarily provides a Hospital Liaison service to children and young people up to the age of 18 years attending Emergency Departments, admitted to Acute General Wards and Paediatrics within SHSCT, where there is mental health presentation.

Child/ Young person must have a or show signs of a mental health illness and must be a resident in the Southern Trust and up to 18 years old.
