The Paediatric Diabetes, Epilepsy, Respiratory & Allergy and Continence Nurse Specialist teams will liaise with the relevant Medical Team - if a child/ young person is to be seen urgently.
Patient/Client must be between the ages of 0 up to 18th birthday.
