The Tissue Viability Service aims to provide health care professionals and patients/clients within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust with specialist advice and education in the prevention and management of wound care.

Wounds failing to improve should be referred to the tissue viability service. When current plan of care of wound is not achieving the desired outcome. Urgent referrals may be made via the mobile numbers listed below but MUST be followed by a written referral.

Referred via Access and Information - referral form must be completed, Access & Information can provide this if needed.
